Log in to SalonInteractive and go to the top of your dashboard. You will see a section where you can copy the link to your store. Click Copy link.

You can paste your store link into a text message and send it to your clients as desired.

PRO TIP: If you download the mobile app, you can text personalized Product Recommendations and introduce your store that way, too.

Use Client Connect to either design your own email or use one of our easy templates to let your clients know about your store. From your SalonInteractive menu, go to Client Connect > Email Campaigns, then follow these instructions:

Or, let us send your clients an announcement email introducing them to your Online Store for you. You can request this email:

From your business profile
When you set up your Online Store
When you upload your clients
From your dashboard

Log in to SalonInteractive, then on your dashboard, look for the Announce your store tile. Click Send announcement, and we’ll take it from there*.

*IMPORTANT STEP: In order for email marketing and product recommendations to work, you first need to either sync your clients to SI through your point-of-sale (POS) software or upload your client list.

Download your QR code

To easily share your store link with clients while they are in your salon, download your QR code from SalonInteractive, add it to stickers, and post them in your salon.

First, log in to SalonInteractive, then on your dashboard, look for the "Print your QR code" tile. Click Download QR code. Check your download folder (or desktop) to locate the file.
