Send your clients customized product suggestions using the Recommendations feature built into SalonInteractive.

Do this first: Add your clients to your Online Store so you have quick access to their contact information when suggesting products.
To send a Product Recommendation from the application, log into Saloninteractive and click Recommendations in your menu.
Click Send a New Product Recommendation.
Select a client by keying in the first few letters of their name, and then select the client out of the possible options in the dropdown.
Click the Filter by Brands button and select the brand you want to recommend.
In the Product Search field, key in a few letters of the name of the product, then select the specific product you want to recommend. Repeat as needed for each product you want to suggest for your client.
Click the Send Recommendations button, and the system sends your suggestion to your client's email.
This is how your recommendation looks:
When your client clicks on the Shop recommended products button, they are taken to your Online Store, where their suggested products are waiting in a shopping cart.
