Send your clients customized product suggestions from your desktop or laptop using the Recommendations feature built into SalonInteractive.
DO THIS FIRST: Add your clients to your Online Store so you have quick access to their contact information when suggesting products. To add your clients, you can either connect your point-of-sale software or upload a client list:

NOTE: You have two options for sending Product Recommendations:
1. Email from your browser (desktop, laptop) - follow the instructions below

How to email Product Recommendations from your browser (desktop or laptop)
To send a Product Recommendation, log into Saloninteractive and click Recommendations in your menu or click the Send Product Recommendations tile.
If this is your first Product Recommendation, you’ll see this screen, where you can click Send first Product Rec. Otherwise, click Create recommendation.
Select the client you want to send a Product Recommendation to by entering their name in the search field and/or click on the tile with their name.
If you can't find the client’s name in your list, click Add new client.
To add a new client, fill out their information and in the slide out and click Save.
Next, select the product you want to recommend to your client. Select a brand and then a product from that brand. Once you have selected all of the products you want to recommend, click Next.
At the review stage, you have the option to save the selected products as a bundle so you can recommend the same set of products to someone else later.
Simply check the box under the selected products that says Save as bundle and then create a name for your bundle.
If you'd like to give your client a special one-time discount on the specific products in your recommendation, select which percentage off you’d like to offer. Otherwise, the default is 0% and no discount will be applied.
Note that whatever % you give to your client will directly affect the sales total and the commission from that sale.
When you’re done reviewing your recommendation, click Send now.
Congratulations. You’ve just set your first Product Recommendation.

When your client clicks on the Shop recommended products button, they are taken to your Online Store, where their suggested products are waiting in a shopping cart.
