How do I manage my subscription plan?

A guide on managing your subscription plan, including how to upgrade, downgrade, and update payment information through the dashboard.

Managing your Client Connect subscription plan is easy. However, depending on how your subscription was initiated, you may have a different user experience.

Scenario 1:

From your dashboard, select Client Connect and then Manage.

NOTE: If you do not see Manage under Client Connect, see Scenario 2 at the bottom of this article.

From the Client Connect page, you can update the credit card on file. Click Card on file,  add the new card information, and then click Save.

If you are a Rosy user and you do not see the Billing Status section on the Client Connect page, Client Connect is part of your Rosy subscription. In this case, reach out to Rosy to make any changes, including payment information.

Scenario 2:

If you do not see Manage under the Client Connect tab, instead, go to Settings and then Subscriptions.
