How do I change the number of clients in my Essentials plan?
If you decide to change your Essentials plan tier, follow these easy steps.
From your dashboard, select Settings and then Subscriptions.
How do I log into SalonInteractive?
Click Manage plan.
To change the tier of your Essentials plan, use the dropdown to find and select the new number of clients on your list.
Note: SalonInteractive will automatically upgrade your plan as needed when you upload clients.
Notice the price change.*
*You can increase your Essentials plan tier anytime, but you can't select a client amount range that's lower than the number of clients you've already uploaded to your current plan.
Click Update plan.
On the next page, you’ll see your new order summary and the credit card on file. If everything looks correct, click Subscribe.
You’re taken back to your subscription page, where you’ll see the change in your plan.
