How do I downgrade to the Free plan?
If you change your mind about having the Essentials plan, you can downgrade to the Free plan anytime.
From your menu, click Settings and then Subscriptions.
How do I log into SalonInteractive?
Click Manage plan.
Click Choose Free plan.
On the next page, you will see what features are included in the Free plan and what features you’ll lose access to by switching to the Free plan.
Select why you are switching from the Essentials plan to the Free plan.
Click Switch to Free plan.
Note: You will stay on the Essentials plan until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you'll switch over to the Free plan, which will be indicated on your subscriptions page (Menu > Settings > Subscriptions).
