Create tags when you want to send emails to a unique set of clients, but not all of them.
You can add tags when you upload your client list or add them manually later.
To add tags to your client list(s), log onto SalonInteractive. In your menu, click Clients, then Manage Tags.
In the next window, click Create Tag.
Name your tag and click Save.
This will take you to a page, which will populate with all of your tags, including the new one you just created. In your new tag, click on the client icon.
From here, you have two options:
OPTION 1
You can upload a specific client list for the tag you just created by clicking Upload a List.
Follow the instructions for: How do I upload clients? When done, you’ll see a blue banner that confirms your upload to the new tag.
OPTION 2
You can also enter a client manually. In this case, select which tag you’d like to add a client to. Next, click Add a Client.
Add the name and email address of the person you wish to add and then click Save.
If you have already uploaded clients and you wish to add one of them to a tag, use the search bar to locate the person and select their name in the list. Click Save for that client and then click Done on the tag list page.
