Some banks use this method of connecting your bank account to your SalonInteractive account.
In this tutorial, you'll learn how to add your bank using Automatic Micro-Deposits so you can receive your commissions for sales made through your Online Store. It’s a safe and secure way for you to connect your bank to your Online Store, so any commissions flow freely into your account.
To start the process, log into SalonInteractive and click Add bank account on the banking tile on your dashboard.
You can also access this section from your menu by selecting Ecommerce, Settings, Bank Account, and then Add bank account.
If you have not verified your email address, you can resend the confirmation email by clicking Resend Confirmation Email. Look for the email in your inbox and click Verify My Email Address.
Read and agree to the terms of service and privacy policy by checking this box.
Next, click Add Your Bank.
The next window explains that we use Plaid to connect your bank account and gives you access to their privacy policy. Read and then agree to the policy by clicking Continue.
Scroll until you find your bank, or enter the name of the bank in the search bar. When you find your bank, select it.
If your bank is not on the list, or you cannot find it by searching for it, click Link with account numbers and follow the instructions to use same-day micro-deposits instead. The tutorial for using this method of verification is listed below.
Some banks use Automatic Micro-Deposits to verify your bank account. In that case, assuming you selected your bank from the list, enter your online banking username and password and then click Submit.
Select which account you want to use for your commission deposits. Click Continue.
Enter your bank’s routing number and click Continue. If you need help finding your bank routing number, click the link at the bottom of the window.
Enter your account number and click Continue. If you need help finding your account number, click the link at the bottom of the window. To confirm your account number, add it again and then click Continue.
Enter the account holder’s name and click Continue.
Your bank will send one small deposit the next business day to verify your account within the next day, which happens automatically. You need to do nothing more except click Continue to initiate this step.
Click Continue to complete the verification process.
Next, you will see a notification that one small deposit will be added to your bank account within the next business day, which will automatically verify your account. There is nothing else that you need to do to complete this process.
If you’d like to verify that your bank has been successfully added to your SalonInteractive account, wait at least one business day for the process to complete then log back into SalonInteractive. Click Ecommerce and then Settings and look for the status in the Bank Account section.
How do I tell if my bank has been connected?
From this point, you’ll receive any commissions due directly into your bank account each Tuesday.
