If you can't find your bank during setup, here's how to connect your bank account to your SalonInteractive account so you can receive commissions for sales from your Online Store.
In this tutorial, you'll learn how to add your bank using Same-Day Micro-Deposits so you can receive your commissions for sales made through your Online Store. It’s a safe and secure way for you to connect your bank to your Online Store, so any commissions flow freely into your account.
You’ll want to use this method if you can't find your bank in the bank list, if you don’t bank online, if you’d prefer not to add your online banking credentials, or if you are unable to log into your bank account using your credentials in the Plaid window.
To start the process, log into SalonInteractive and click Add bank account on the banking tile on your dashboard.
You can also access this section from your menu by selecting Ecommerce, Settings, Bank Account, and then Add bank account.
If you have not verified your email address, you can resend the confirmation email by clicking Resend Confirmation Email.
Look for the email in your inbox and click Verify My Email Address.
Read and agree to the terms of service and privacy policy by checking this box.
Now, click Add your bank.
The next window explains that we use Plaid to connect your bank account and gives you access to their privacy policy. Read and agree to the policy by clicking Continue.
Scroll to find your bank or enter the name of the bank in the search bar. When you find your bank, select it.
If your bank is not on the list, you cannot find it by searching for it, or you simply don’t bank online, scroll to the bottom of the list and click Link with account numbers.
Enter your bank’s routing number and click Continue.
Click Continue to sign into your bank.
Select the account you want to connect for your commission payments and click Continue to login.
When your account has been successfully linked, a little wheel will turn as the pop-up changes from white to gray before taking you back to SalonInteractive to finish the process.
When done, you’ll see a confirmation that your account has been successfully linked to SalonInteractive.
You can also verify that your bank has been successfully added to your SalonInteractive account by refreshing the page, clicking Ecommerce and then Settings from your menu and then look for the status in the Bank Account section.
How do I tell if my bank has been connected?
Now that the process is complete, you will receive emails indicating that your Dwolla account has been created and your bank account has been added.
From this point, you’ll receive any commissions due directly into your bank account each Tuesday.
