To brand your marketing emails for your business, add your logo, business information, and links to your headers and footers.
If you uploaded your logo, business information, and footer links when you set up or customized your Online Store, they would automatically appear in the header and footer of your marketing emails, including email campaigns (Mass Email) and automation (Auto Email) in Client Connect and On Behalf marketing.
If you missed any of these steps or wish to make edits to your logo, business information, or links, follow these easy steps:
Upload or Edit Your Logo
From your menu, go to eCommerce, and Customize, then select Theme.
Either use the Click to Upload File link or drag and drop your .png or .jpg file to the upload area.
You’ll see a preview of your logo within the option to crop it. Extend the crop area to fit your logo and center it. Click Save changes when done.
Once the logo is uploaded, you’ll see it displayed in this section.
Click the shopping cart icon on your dashboard to view your Online Store in a new tab. Here, you’ll see your logo on your header and footer.
Add or Update Your Business Information
Your business information will also populate in the footer of your marketing emails. You can add or update this information in your business profile.
From your SalonInteractive dashboard click the profile icon in the upper right corner and then Your Company.
In the My Company window click the Edit button next to Contact Information.
Make any needed changes, and then click Save at the bottom of the page.
Add Your Business Links to Your Footer
From your dashboard, go to eCommerce, and Customize. Next, click Footer.
Copy and paste your booking link into the Appointment Booking link field.
Copy and paste your website link into the Website link field.
In the adjacent fields, copy and paste your user name (handle) for each social media channel you want to feature on your Online Store.
In the banner at the top of your screen, you can select Preview, Publish, or Discard Changes. Once you’ve previewed your footer information and are happy with it, click Publish.
The information you just added (or updated) will show in the footer section of your Online Store.
