How do I resubscribe a client who unsubscribed?

If a client mentions they are not receiving your marketing emails or you cannot send them product recommendations, they have like clicked unsubscribe on one of your emails. With their permission, you can resubscribe then using the steps below.

Log Into SalonInteractive. From the menu, click Clients.

Click Manage Clients.

Search for and/or select a client that you wish to resubscribe.

Click Edit Profile.

Uncheck the Unsubscribe From Salon Emails box, and then click Save.
