Discover how to add a logo to the header and create a custom footer with salon information, a website, and booking links for On Behalf Marketing emails.
To brand your marketing with On Behalf emails to your salon, add a header and footer.
Log into SalonInteractive, and in your menu, go to Client Connect and then On Behalf. Click Customize header in the Header and footer section.
To add your logo, click the Insert image icon and drag and drop your logo file where it says Drop Image.
If you already have your logo in your image library, click the file icon to access it.
Note: If already added your logo to your Online Store, it will automatically appear in your header and footer for On Behalf emails.
A pop-up will show any images in your library. Click on your logo, then click +.
Once you insert the image into the header layout, you’ll see a small menu that will allow you to make edits.
To size your logo, click the ruler icon, change the height, and click Update when done.
To center your logo, click the align icon and scroll down to select centered.
When done, click the save icon and then the check icon.
To add a custom footer from the On Behalf page, click Customize footer in the Header and footer section.
Key in your salon information. We suggest adding your location and phone number.
Note: If you added your website and booking link to your Online Store either during the setup process or when customizing your store, those links will automatically show in the footer of your On Behalf emails.
Play around with alignment and change the font, size, color, and spacing of the copy as you see fit.
You can also add images and links if you wish.
When done, click the save icon and then the check icon.
