For every product your clients buy through your Online Store, they have the option to make a one-time purchase or create a subscription for that item. Product subscriptions provide convenience for them and recurring income for you.
Here’s what the client experience is like when choosing a product subscription:
First, your client selects a product either by clicking the Add to Cart button for a pop-up view or by clicking the image, which takes them to a new page with more product information. Either way, they can choose a one-time purchase or add a subscription.
To subscribe to a product, your client clicks the Subscribe box, chooses the frequency of delivery from two weeks to six months, selects the product size and quantity, and then clicks Add to Cart.
The subscription frequency is listed under the product name when they view their shopping cart.
Your client can select as many products as they’d like, each with its own shipping frequency.
When ready, your client clicks Proceed to Checkout.
Before they add any needed information and pay, they will see another reminder about subscribed products.
Your client can manage their subscriptions from their profile when logged into your Online Store.

- All products are eligible for a subscription
- Clients manage their own subscriptions
- Clients need to log in as a registered user to select product subscription
If there are any changes, your client will be notified.
