Issues Logging In?

If you are having issues logging into SalonInteractive, there are a few reasons it may be happening. 

First, you may be getting a notification when trying to log in saying that your account is not verified yet. In that case, click Resend Email.

Go to your email application and type in SalonInteractive in your email search bar and look for your confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam, junk, or promote folders. When you find the email, click the Verify My Email Address button.

The second reason you could be having issues logging in is that you may be viewing your Online Store —like your client would—versus your app as a store/salon owner. If you see a view like this (below), but with your brands and branding, you are in the wrong place.

Go back to the SalonInteractive application and Log in that way. You can also log in from the saloninteractive.com website.

If you are still not able to log in, it could be that you are a SalonInteractive user through your salon or spa POS software. In that case, go to your POS software and login.
