How do salon orders work?

Depending on your distributor, you may have the option to keep your shelves and back bar stocked through the salon ordering feature.

To get started with salon ordering, log into SalonInteractive and click Salon Orders in your menu.

Note: if you have not finished your Online Store setup, you will be prompted to do so.

If you have already setup your store and connected your distributors, click Start first order.

To place an order, click New Order.

Add a label or an easy name to help identify your order, then click Get Started.

Click Add Product.

Search in the menu bar by product name or barcode. When you find the product you want, click Add Product.

In the Order Detail window, you can see the product you just added. salon orders-10-1

If you’d like to add more products, click Add Product.

salon orders-11-1 After selecting all the products you want, adjust the quantities and either click Update for each item or Update All at the bottom of the list.

When all items are updated, click Next: Order Summary. salon orders-14-1

If you agree with the summary, click Add Products to Online Cart. Depending on the distributor, you may get redirected to their website to finish checkout.
