If you wish to change your business name and/or the link to your Online Store, follow these steps.
How to change your business name:
NOTE: Changing your business settings affects information that populates on your Online Store, Client Connect email marketing, and On Behalf Marketing features.
From your SalonInteractive dashboard, look for the person icon (or your profile picture, if you added one) in the upper right-hand corner. Click the profile icon and then Business settings.
A new window will show your basic contact information, logo, and business and social media links.
Click Edit contact information.
If you've connected your point-of-sale (POS) software to your SalonInteractive account, you will not be able to change your contact information through your business settings in SalonInteractive.
Make the change to your business name and then click Save changes at the bottom of the slide-out.
You’ll see a banner across the top of your dashboard indicating that your contact information change was saved.
How to change your Online Store link:
When logged into SalonInteractive, go to your menu, click Ecommerce and then Settings.
Look for the Online Store Link section. Remove the customized part of your link and add your new salon or business name, all in one word without spaces.
If the URL is already taken, you’ll see a message to use a different one. Success Team Tip: Try adding an extra letter or number.
Once you find an available link, click Save URL.
You’ll see a pop-up asking if you are sure you want to make this change. Please note that by changing your URL, your clients will ONLY be able to access your Online Store at this new, updated link.
If you agree, click Yes, change it!
NOTE: Be sure to update your new link anywhere you sent or posted your old Online Store link. Remember to update your QR code! That way, your clients can find your Online Store and shop for your recommended products.
