How do I update my salon name or store link?

If you wish to change your business name and/or the link to your Online Store, follow these steps.

How to change your business name:

From your SalonInteractive dashboard, look for the person icon (or your profile picture, if you added one) in the upper right-hand corner.

In the Contact Information section, click Edit.

In the Name section, make the desired change and then click Save.

You’ll see a blue banner across the top of your dashboard indicating your business name changed.

How to change your Online Store link:
When logged into SalonInteractive, go to your menu, click Ecommerce and then Settings.

Look for the Online Store Link section. Remove the customized part of your link and add your new salon or business name, all in one word without spaces.

If the URL is already taken, you’ll see a message to use a different one. Success Team Tip: Try adding an extra letter or number.

Once you find an available link, click Save URL.

You’ll see a pop-up asking if you are sure you want to make this change. Please note that by changing your URL, your clients will ONLY be able to access your Online Store at this new, updated link.

If you agree, click Yes, change it!

NOTE: Be sure to update your new link anywhere you sent or posted your old Online Store link. Remember to update your QR code! That way, your clients can find your Online Store and shop for your recommended products.
