How do I unsync clients from the mobile app?

Although the app does not sync your device’s contacts to your SalonInteractive account unless you send a Product Recommendation, there may be circumstances in which you’d want to unsync your clients. In that case, follow these instructions.

From your Apple device, go to Utilities and select Settings.
unsync 1

Search for and select SalonInteractive.
unsync 2

Slide the Contacts toggle to the off position (to the left).
Unsync 3

Note: If you delete and reinstall the mobile app, you will lose your saved bundles and drafts. If needed, update your app instead.
