How do I track customer orders?

If you want to track your online sales, download reports, process returns, or view details on orders, follow this process.

Once logged into SalonInteractive, go to your menu and click eCommerce, then Orders.

How do I track customer orders-03If you wish to view a specific order number, add it to the Search by Order field.

Otherwise, to view more orders, select a start and end date or one of the quick pick dates: last year, last month, last week, this year, this month, or yesterday. Click Apply Filters.

At any point, you can narrow your search by grouping by distributor or brand or sorting by order status: accepted, canceled, chargeback, chargeback review, and shipped.

The system will bring up any orders during the specified search period.

How do I track customer orders-11In this view, you can see when the order was placed, its status in the process, how much the order was for, your commissions from this order, which distributor is fulfilling the order, and if there are any returns.

If you wish to export any reports from a list of orders, click either export to Excel or export to CSV, or if you have multiple users and want to see a breakdown, click Export Commissions to CSV.
