How do I tell if my bank has been connected?

To pay commissions, we need to verify that we have the correct bank on file for you by validating your bank account. If you are not sure if your bank has been validated or not, you can tell by the banking section in your settings.

Log into SalonInteractive and on your menu, go to Ecommerce, then Settings. On the dashboard, you will see your Banking Account section. If this section is red, your bank is not set up/validated.

If it is blue, and you see the name of your bank, then your bank is set up and validated - ready for your commission payments.
