If you would like to have your favorite brands send service promotions inviting your clients to book services with you but don't have or want an Online Store, follow these setup instructions.
If your Online Store is not enabled, log in to or click through to SalonInteractive. In your menu, go to Client Connect, On Behalf, and then click Get started.
If you see this screen, add your ZIP code.
Otherwise, find the distributor with the brand(s) you want to use for service promotions and click Connect.
Note: You can view what brands each distributor carries by clicking Preview brands.
Add your account number for the distributor you chose and click Next.
If you’d like to add another distributor, click Connect and add your account number as you did before. If you’d like to skip this step, click Next.
In the Customize On Behalf window, find the service promotion tile and click Set up.
NOTE: To unlock other On Behalf campaign types, you must set up your Online Store.
How do I finish my Online Store setup to unlock more On Behalf promotions?
Add your online booking link.
In the Brands you perform services with field start to type in the brand name and then select it. Click the X next to the brand name to deselect it.
NOTE: The available brands you can select for service promotions include the ones you’re retailing in your Online Store (if you have one) AND pro-only products from selected brands (hair color, texture, smoothing, and other professional treatments, etc.) used by you in-salon during services. Your clients cannot access or purchase pro-only products through your Online Store.
When done, click Save.
A pop-up will confirm that Service promotion emails are now active.
