How do I set up my email footer?

Email footers live at the bottom of your emails, and include your business address, phone number, and the icons with links to your social media channels.

Once your footer is saved, you can simply click/tap a button to add it without needing to create the same thing every time you send an email campaigns or automations.

Images for the email footer must be chosen from your image library. 

1. To add a footer, log into SalonInteractive. Click Client Connect on the menu on the left side (upper right for mobile) and select Email Footer from the drop-down menu.

2.  We recommend that you first add your address and phone number.
3.  To add images, like social media icons, click on the image icon and the image folder to access your image library. Select an image and click the plus sign to insert the image.

4.  You can resize and/or add a link to the images in your footer at any time.
5.  To resize, double-click on the thumbnail to access the Image popup.
6.   In the Image pop-up, enter the desired pixel width. The height will autofill to maintain the correct width-to-height ratio. We recommend a 30-pixel width for social media icons. You can see the results in the preview box, and when sized to your satisfaction, click Update.

7.   In the next tab in the pop-up, you can add a link to your footer image and direct clients to your website or social media. Copy and paste your desired link into the URL box, click Insert.

Once arranged as you like with links attached, click the green Save icon. Your footer is now ready to use in emails.
