How do I remove a beauty supplier?

Here’s how to remove a beauty supplier and its brands from your account, including for your Online Store, salon ordering, OBM retail and service campaigns.

To remove a beauty supplier on your account, log in to SalonInteractive. From your menu, click eCommerce, then Settings.

In the distributor section of this page, locate the beauty supplier you wish to remove. Click the three dots to the right of the supplier name, and in the dropdown, select Remove Distributor.

The system will ask you to confirm that you want to remove this beauty supplier. If you wish to proceed, understanding that any brands associated with this beauty supplier will no longer be available on your online store, click the red button.
