Customize your Online Store by giving your store category images your own flair and highlighting brands on your home page.
To get started, log into SalonInteractive. Then, from your menu, go to eCommerce, and Customize. Click Content.
You’ll see the product categories available to you, such as hair, skin, and body care. If you do nothing in this section, the default images will continue to populate this section.
Otherwise, you can customize category images to reflect your store’s theme. To do so, click Edit Image in the category you want to edit. In the pop-up search bar, enter a search term and select one of the free images from Unsplash, a stock image website. Click Review Changes.
In the blue banner at the top of your screen, you can select Preview, Publish, or Discard Changes. Once you’ve previewed your image, either publish or discard your changes and start over.
The products section is set for "most popular," so your 8 most popular products will display on your homepage.
Next, you can select the brands you want to highlight. If you do nothing, up to three of the most popular brands on your online store will appear in this section. Otherwise, in the brands section, choose Custom Selection, then click the Choose Brands link.
In the pop-up, look for the brands you want to add using the search bar. Check off the brands you want to add, then click Add Brands.
In the blue banner at the top of your screen, you can select Preview, Publish, or Discard Changes. Once you’ve previewed your brands, either publish or discard your changes and start over.
